1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, customized products, or items purchased during clearance sales may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping
In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping charges will be borne by us. For other return requests, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
